Jewelry care

Every day

Take pieces off before swimming, sport and sleep. Chlorine attacks the solder joints long before it dulls the gold.

Cleaning

Warm water, a drop of unscented soap, a soft toothbrush behind the stone where the film builds. Pat dry, never rub.

Never

No ultrasonic cleaners on emerald, opal or pearl. No ammonia on rhodium-plated white gold — it strips the finish.

Storage

One pouch per piece. Diamonds scratch everything in the box, including other diamonds.

Yearly service

Free for life on anything we made: polish, re-tighten claws, re-plate white gold, check the shank for thinning.

When to stop wearing it

A claw that catches on fabric, or a shank you can flex between two fingers. Bring it in before the stone finds the drain.
